The City of Concord, New Hampshire (“City”) wishes to enter into five (5) year contract for a Contractor to provide SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES in the City, starting July 1, 2024. In addition to the criteria set forth below, the Contractor must not be in default on any federal, state, or local government contract within the past five years.
