The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications (solicitation) from qualified Vendors to provide Restorative Practices trainings to community agencies, such as diversion programs external to the Department, and juvenile justice staff (Juvenile Probation and Parole Officers (JPPOs) and Youth Counselors) internal to the Department. Restorative Practices is an emerging social science that studies how to strengthen relationships between individuals as well as social connections within communities.
This Request for Applications (RFA) is published for the provision of services to assist with the operation of cold weather solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including shelters, hotel stays, and other solutions.
