The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Bid from qualified Bidders to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the Building Automation Systems (BAS) at the New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) Acute Psychiatric Services (APS) facility and Transitional Housing Buildings overseen by NHH Facilities Dept. The selected Bidder must provide NHH with preventative maintenance and repairs as well as emergency repair services for the BAS equipment and associated devices, as listed in Appendix D, Equipment List.
