Description	The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services seeks proposals to establish a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program (PRTF) that will provide high-quality behavioral health treatment services in a residential setting. The PRTF will enhance the State’s capacity to accommodate referrals from all over State with the goal of quickly stabilizing behaviors and treat symptoms of children and youth with acute behavioral health needs to enable them to return to a lower level of treatment or family-based settings.
