Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies 116,904 square feet of office and related space with 589 parking spaces in a building under a lease in Portsmouth NH that contains 2 (5 ) year renewal options in which the Government intends to exercise. The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is highly secured functioning facility and requires no down time of which can prohibit the agencies mission and operations.



Expressions of interest MUST be sent in writing to include a minimum of 116,904 ABOA square feet with a minumum of 589 parking spaces and include building name and address, ABOA and Rentable square feet offered, estimated rental rate per ABOA and Rentable square foot, that is broken down into categories of SHELL, OPERATING, TENANT IMPROVEMENT REPLICATION COSTS and SECURITY COSTS, Common Area Factor for available space, owner’s name and address, and a written statement from the owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property no later than March 5, 2024.
