Description

The New Hampshire Air National Guard (NHANG)has a requirement for furniture in one of its newly renovated buildings on Pease Air National Guard Base (Pease ANGB). This requirement is strictly for the SCIF portion of that facility. The solicitation number is W50S8A23Q0019 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise stated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 337211 - Office Furniture (including Fixtures) Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date that it is posted and will end on 25 August 2023, at 4:00 PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

  1. The “Phase 2 COMBO FINAL” document (contains CLIN info, quantities & requirements for submission)

  2. The “B264 SOW” document (contains a description of the required furniture)

  3. The "Bill of Materials” spreadsheet (complete and return this document with your submission)

  4. The “W50S8A23Q0019_Provisions and Clauses” (contains a complete list of the provisions and clauses applicable to this RFQ)

  5. The “Attachment 1- Past Performance Questionnaire” (send this to your references and ask that they return it to the Government POC).



FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.



NOTICE OF SITE VISIT:



A pre-bid site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 09:00 AM EST regarding this solicitation. This site visit will be held at the New Hampshire Air National Guard, Building 264, Pease ANGB, NH. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit and invite their potential subcontractors. Please arrive 10 minutes early for identification validation at the gate.



Due to security restrictions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. Please email the following information for all attendees to corey.d.caza.mil@army.mil and matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil.

This information must be provided no later than 2 business days prior to the meeting to ensure access to the military base. Even if you have access to the base you must register to ensure adequate capacity. This information will be provided to the base Security Forces who will authorize your sponsored entrance to the site.



The furnishing of the above information is voluntary. However, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government’s denial of your access to the base.



Visitors must be escorted onto base through the installation’s Contractor Entry Gate prior to arrival. The contractors and visitors will meet in the parking lot outside the Main Gate and once all contractors have arrived and signed-in, a Government official will escort everyone through the Contractor Entry Date. You will be required to present a valid driver’s license upon arrival. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such.



Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.



A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective vendors via posting at http://www.sam.gov. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
