This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. An invitation for bids will be posted on or about February 05, 2024.

The VA medical Center at Manchester, NH, has a renovation requirement for the 2nd floor east wing. It is a Firm Fixed Price construction contract that requires a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under this construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Technical Specifications and Drawing, and attached SOW. The general scope of the requirement is to renovate the 2nd floor of the east wing, renovation or replacement or removal of interior walls, flooring, ceiling, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, The project also includes demolition and patching as required to complete the work for this project for the VA Medical center in Manchester.

The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14 This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
