The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, supervision and minor designs to accomplish simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work. Facilities include, but are not limited to, research and development, academic, secure areas, administrative, institutional, pavements, industrial, etc., as well as their corresponding support facilities; infrastructure such as pavements, roads, parking, drainage systems, utility systems, and force protection. Prompt response and execution of all task orders is required. The Contractor will be required to maintain a local office to facilitate receipt of each RFP.
