TITLE OF PROJECT: Lincoln Woods Solar Power System Replacement

PROPOSED SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: Estimated on or about 9/5/2023

DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the solar power systems at the Lincoln Woods Visitor Information Center. Optional Item 1: Remove and dispose of existing solar system at Visitor Center cabin and install AC power from controller building to Visitor Center cabin electrical panel.

CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that a stand-alone firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded.

ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000

ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 90 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed
