Description

The VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for Project Number 608-22-114 Buildings #2-3-4-5-13 & 14 Demolition Construction. Several upcoming projects to improve patient care, as well as traversing our site, require the design documentation and removal of several historic residential buildings on our campus. The scope of work (SOW) is for the complete demolition and removal of Buildings #2, 3, 4, 5, 13 & 14. Included in this demolition scope of work, but not limited to, is the removal of building structures, hazardous materials, site utilities, some pavement, foundations, and select landscaping items. There is also a Hazardous Waste Conex Box adjacent to building 2 that needs to be relocated to a different area on campus as well as upgrade electrical provisions provided to it.
SCOPE:
The scope of this project is the removal of the complete demolition and removal of Buildings #2, 3, 4, 5, 13 & 14 in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and attached SOW. The winning contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, testing and infrastructure required to complete project in accordance with Statement of Work and contract.

The period of performance is 180 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Contracting Officer.
The VA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement.

This notice is not a solicitation and is intended only for market research purposes and to determine interest in the project by qualified SDVOSBs that have the experience directed at the requirements of the Statement of work.

As SDVOSB set-aside, the prime is required to perform at least 15% of the work.

The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard is $19 million.
