RFP - Purchase & Lease of a New Vehicle

The Claremont Planning & Development Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and lease financing of one (1) new vehicle of the models as listed below. (New leftover model is acceptable)

• Toyota Rav 4 – AWD

• Ford Escape – AWD

• Ford Bronco Sport – 4x4

• Mazda CX-5 – AWD

• Mazda CX-50 – AWD

DUE DATE:

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, October 9th, 2023 c/o City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont NH 03743. Envelope must be clearly marked “Purchase & Lease of a New Vehicle” Proposals will be opened publicly at that time. Unsealed, late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
