The City of Claremont’s Department of Public Works is soliciting formal proposals for the purchase of one (1) 60 horsepower tractor with loader or suitable substitutes, with various attachments priced separately, in the event of funding gaps, attachments may be deleted.

Attached are the specifications for this vehicle and a Bid Sheet to submit your proposal. There will be no trade-in opportunities with this purchase.

Proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, on Wednesday, November 13th, 2023, at 10:00am, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Please mark “DPW-Tractor” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Persons submitting proposals should note on the bid sheet any deviations from the specifications. Persons submitting should also note any options that in their opinion would be mission critical for its use in a municipal public works department. Any recommended options should be priced separately.
