NH Route 12 & North Street Improvements Project

Sealed proposals for the Claremont 13248, NH Route 12 & North Street Improvements Project will be received at the City of Claremont, ("The OWNER"), City Manager’s Office, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, until 10:00 a.m. (local time), Friday, February 2, 2024 and will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. The active construction is anticipated to run between February 2024 and November 2025. Bidders should note that the prices contained in the proposal will be considered valid for the duration of the construction project.

This Federally funded project involves reconfiguring the NH 12 / North Street intersection and reconstruct, realign, and widen the respective roadway approaches which total approximately 5,200 feet in length.
