The City of Keene is seeking Bids for HVAC Ductwork at the Keene Central Fire Station. The scope of the work is to provide all labor and materials to remove insulation as noted on the drawings and properly replace or add insulation to prevent condensation. All duct surfaces will require insulation at thickness of no less than specified with a vapor barrier outer surface. Insulation upgrade work is limited to the 2nd floor ductwork and equipment. Refer to Attachment A - Specifications for more details. Bidders interested in visiting the site need to schedule an appointment with Scott Martin, Facilities Manager via email at smartin@keenenh.gov.
