This project will resurface approximately the 1.5 mile access road from the Dillant-Hopkins Airport to the Keene Wastewater Treatment Plant gate. The work includes the following: 1. Excavation to include milling of asphalt surfaces or other removal of asphalt paving, uncovering utility structures, and removal of unsuitable material. 2. Reconstruction, replacement, or grade adjustment of utility surface structures, including protection of work and maintaining road access through all phases of the project. 3. Preparation and construction of asphalt pavement base, leveling, and wear courses. 4. Placement and compaction of shoulder or other gravel courses. 5. Retro-reflective paint pavement markings, landscape grading, signage, or other incidentals to roadway rehabilitation included in the plans and details. The Engineer's estimate is $415,500.00.
