The stormwater drain spot repair project consists of the following tasks: Beaver Street: Install approximately 40 ft. long 10” HDPE pipe, 52 ft. long 12” HDPE pipe, two 2’X2’X3’ precast concrete drop inlets with basin frames and grates, two 4 ft. diameter reinforced pre-cast concrete storm drain manholes with frames and covers. Patch trench with hot asphalt mix. West Street at Avon Street: Install two 4 ft. diameter reinforced pre-cast concrete drop over (dog house) storm drain catch basins with frames and covers. Patch trench with hot asphalt mix. West Street at Bradford Road: Install approximately 22 ft. long 12” HDPE and one 4 ft. diameter reinforced precast concrete catch basin with frame and grate. Mill and overlay delaminated areas. Patch trench with hot asphalt mix.
