The Salem NH, Fire Department Inspectional Services, Health Division,  is requesting bids from contractors to supply all permits, materials, analysis results, and equipment as necessary and required to perform any/all of this service for their Mosquito Control Program in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in RFB 2024-008.

Contract duration shall be three (3) years. The Town may, at its sole option and discretion, extend the contract with the Bidder on an annual basis for up to two (2) additional years.
