The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications (solicitation) from individuals or organizations to provide a board certified psychiatrist(s) with an active license to practice in New Hampshire, and/or a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse(s) (ARPN) with an active license to practice in New Hampshire, to provide psychiatric services to clients at Philbrook Adult Transitional Housing (PATH), on the premises at the Governor Hugh J. Gallen State Office Park in Concord.
