The City of Laconia seeks proposals from qualified firms capable of providing services related to the assessment, restoration and preservation of approximately seven (7) record books in various degrees of deterioration. Anticipated services include de-acidification, mending, reinforcement of paper as necessary, sewing, binding, archival grade polyester encapsulation as appropriate.
